RXD is committed to complying with regulations and customer requirements regarding prohibited and restricted substances, including hazardous substances and conflict minerals. Therefore, suppliers are also required to ensure that the goods supplied to RXD comply with the scope of prohibited or restricted substances in all relevant regulations. in particular

♦ Implement a policy on conflict minerals and perform due diligence to identify the source of minerals;

♦ Respond promptly to RXD requests and provide evidence of compliance with those requests.
