Human Rights and Labor

♦ Respect for individual dignity, privacy and other individual rights:

♦ not forcing them to work against their will: and

♦ Any sexually harassing, coercive, threatening, abusive or exploitative behavior, including gestures, language and physical contact, is strictly prohibited.

♦ Avoid employment discrimination based on gender, age, race, national origin, religion, disability, union membership or political affiliation;

♦ Respect employees' rights to free association and collective bargaining;

♦ Not to tolerate or use child labor at any stage of business activities, even if required by all applicable laws and regulations;

♦ Prohibit the use of any form of forced or involuntary prison labor, and allow all employees to leave their jobs freely upon reasonable notice;

♦ Provide fair remuneration to workers and comply with local wage regulations and/or collective agreements, and if no wage regulations and/or collective agreements apply, workers should be remunerated at least to meet their basic needs;

♦ ensure that working hours, including overtime, do not exceed applicable legal requirements;
